bartaco just started their #bartacoMargaritaMarch! From February 22nd through March 21st, they are launching a new margarita-inspired cocktail each week. Each cocktail is only available for ONE week- time to say cheers!
Here is a sneak preview for some of the delicious margaritas:
Sandia on Fifth: Libélula joven tequila + fresh mint + watermelon syrup + jalapeño syrup + cachaça 51 + cappelletti + lime juice—garnished with a half tajin rim (2/22-2/28)
The Last Razz: Libélula joven tequila + fresh raspberries + fresh mint + simple syrup + lemon juice + ancho chili liqueur—garnished with fresh mint leaf (3/1-3/7)
Violet Haze: Libélula joven tequila + fresh basil + blueberry syrup + lavender syrup + triple sec + yuzu juice + lemon juice—garnished with a dehydrated lemon wheel (3/8-3/14)
Kiwi Vanilla Smash: Libélula joven tequila + kiwi + rosemary & vanilla bean syrup + elderflower liqueur + lime juice—garnished with a fresh sprig of rosemary (3/15-3/23)
bartaco Green Margarita: Libélula joven tequila + triple sec + housemade green juice + agave syrup + lime juice—garnished with a half tajin rim (3/22-3/31)
We had the pleasure of trying “Sandia on Fifth,” and let us tell you it was absolutely delicious.
Not only is it bartaco Margarita March, but, they also brought back their #bartacosecret crispy avocado taco! Savor the flavors of tempura battered crispy + creamy avocado on a tangy + crunchy veracruz slaw topped with a bright cilantro vinaigrette and sprinkled with cotija cheese.
