Salon BE Chocolat will be located in the hotel lobby. We are excited to welcome our master chocolatier in residence, the distinguished Benoit Racquet – the only Belgian master chocolatier on the East Coast.
Salon BE Chocolat welcomes hotel guests and the local community to indulge themselves in an exceptional chocolate experience where creations are made in small batches respecting Belgium’s traditional artisan techniques. An array of different chocolate assortments will be available for purchase along with chocolate bars and holiday collections. Customized chocolate requests will be accepted as well. This location will offer exclusive tastings such as an elevated prosecco and chocolate pairing. Patrons will be guided by one of the esteemed master chocolatiers, a true connoisseur of all things chocolate, sharing insights into the cutting-edge chocolate trends sweeping the globe.
