Tequila Escape has an amazing mix of Latin, Mexican, and South American food. Their guacamole, specifically the serrano, is to die for. It was an utterly delicious experience. One of the many amazing qualities about this restaurant is that it uses organic produce, wild caught seafood, grass-fed meats, and cage free chickens. For their cocktails they use freshly squeezed juice and premium ingredients. If you’re looking for a restaurant that provides great tasting organic food, Tequila Escape is the restaurant for you!
For our meal we had the serrano guacamole, grass-fed steak empanadas, tuna tartare, organic grass-fed steak tacos, pork pineapple pastor tacos, black iron skillet fajitas with rice and beans and a side of street corn. They did not disappoint with any of these dishes. They were all delicious and so fulfilling. Truly an amazing experience and the service was great too.
For our drinks we had the passion fruit margarita that was divine. We ended the meal with dessert which consisted of churros and caramel flan. We were so full, but we managed to fit these yummy desserts because the food was just too good!
Tequila Escape has won awards for best cocktails and best girls night out. They have a bunch of upcoming events and DJ’s that tend to frequent on Friday and Saturday nights. Tequila Escape essentially has it all, they have great food, great drinks, and a great dining experience. Whether you’re looking to dine in or go out, they have it waiting for you at their two locations in Stamford and Ridgefield.
