An Evening with Gourmino Imports: A Taste of Switzerland.

Join us for an evening filled with the flavors of Switzerland as we welcome Joe Salonia of Gourmino Imports. Joe is the national sales representative of this unique cooperative of Swiss cheesemakers. We’ve been working with Joe for several years and Gourmino is responsible for many of our favorite cheeses from Switzerland like Spycher Gruyere, Emmentaler, Sbrinz Alpage, and Hornbacher to name a few.

We will taste a selection of Gourmino cheeses while learning about the Swiss traditions of cheesemaking and Gourmino’s unusual business model. (wine will be served)
