As the days shorten and cooler air is upon us, bring your little ones in for an afternoon of fall fun in the kitchen with Chef Kathleen. In this drop-off class, little chefs will learn how to prepare and enjoy a bounty of Autumn sweet and savory mini dishes. Classes will focus on age-appropriate cooking for beginners to include: safe knife skills, measuring, chopping, sifting, sauteing, and baking, but most of all, fun and kitchen confidence!

Many seasonal crops, herbs, fruits, syrups, and honey from the Farm will be incorporated into the weekly menu. Kiddos will have the opportunity to gather from the garden, prepare, and enjoy foods from the gardens and grounds. The menu changes weekly based on what is available in season. Items may include: Back to School Breakfast of Fall Waffles with WTF Syrup and WTF Honey-Roasted Granola and Yogurt Parfait, Mini Cheddar and Chive Biscuits, Sweet and Savory Mini Hand Pies, Apple Streusel Muffins, Pull-Apart Monkey Bread, Mini Meatball Lollipops. Includes all instruction, snack, ingredients.
