Maker Bio: Maureen Estony is the creative force behind Estony Events and Woodstock Hill Preserves, CT’s oldest preserve company. What started as a small local CT farmstand, she transformed into an award-winning specialty food business. While her roots are found in making classic fruit preserves, Maureen is recognized as a leader in innovative food development and has received multiple top awards from the CT Specialty Food Association for her exceptional Artisan Preserves.
