Sound Healing and Chakra Balancing

🫶🏼 Need a little TLC? Join Tina Sicsico (aka The Graceful Warrior) for a restorative sound healing event, at Aquila’s Nest Vineyards!
🥣 During this restorative sound healing session you will be guided in breathwork and meditation, as I use multiple instruments to provide deep healing through vibration frequencies!
🤲🏼 Hands on reiki will be performed to boost healing to magical levels.
✨All you need to do is show up. Please bring your yoga mat, blanket, pillow and journal. Dress comfy and RELAX as you soak up the healing.
