Celebrate French culture on Bastille Day dressed in stripes with an alfresco 4 Course Wine Dinner with Chef Debora Dividino who has created a very traditional, festive, and of course, delicious Pig Roast dinner amongst the vines, paired with Aquila’s Nest Vineyards’ wines.

Mingle, sip and soak up the vibrant atmosphere, while Noreen Mola Jazz Quartet plays all your jazz tunes. Enjoy a truly communal experience that will expand your wine pairing knowledge and ignite your next culinary adventure.

Born and raised in Sao Paulo, Brazil, Debora Dividino has carved out an impressive résumé full of leading roles and professional achievement, such as running Capers Too Eatery (Danbury), training at the Institute of Culinary Education (ICE) in New York City and catering events.

After graduating from ICE with honors, Dividino secured her first kitchen position as line chef at The Morgan Library & Museum. Her undeniable star quality and concentrated creative energy brought her to the acclaimed 42 The Restaurant atop the Ritz Carlton in White Plains, under the tutelage of Portuguese Chef Anthony Gonçalves. Following that, Chef Dividino became a private chef as a way to satisfy her many passions and to create unique food experiences for her local community, influenced by the flavors of her home country,

Chef Dividino’s is a passionate believer in Portuguese gastronomy and has dedicated herself to translating these flavors into unique and exciting dishes throughout her career.
