Yoga, Sound Healing & Reiki Retreat

Schedule:

· 4pm Arrival, Wine Order and Opening Circle

· 4:15-5:00pm “A Unique You in this vast Universe” Yoga Practice & Ayurveda Talk (suitable for all level students; beginners are welcome!)

· 5:00-5:30pm Guided Deep Relaxation

· 5:30-6:30pm Sound Healing Bath

· 5:00-6:30pm Reiki during Relaxation and Sound Bath

· 6:30 Nourishment and Cheer! Nourishing Foods by West Egg Cafe and Jewel of Himalaya

· 6:30-7:30pm The Blissful Now – A Joyful You in the Present Moment. A photography session in the Vineyard.

· 7:30-8:00pm Closing Circle

Wine is not included in the ticket. A drink purchase of minimum $10 plus tax and gratuity per participant is required to attend this event and can be made at the vineyard prior to the start of the event, after our staff checks your ID. You’re welcome to pick up the drink at the end of this event.

Outside Alcohol Beverages, Water Bottles or Any Other Beverages are NOT allowed to be brought in the premises of the vineyard. This is a restriction of our Farm Winery Permit. Our staff reserves the right to check bags and coolers.

All participants must be 21 years of age or older.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Ticket is non refundable, only transferable for weather related reasons.
