Alma Bistro was born in 2022 a vision of Ulises Jimenez, head chef and owner of Don Rene Taqueria in Milford, CT and Noberto Lucero head chef of Brasitas. Together they’ve combined their passion for nuevo-latino food and custom cocktails with Alma Bistro, bringing you some of the best latino fusion in Fairfield County.
