A self-taught chef, Chef Cris’s remarkable journey includes significant roles such as Sous Chef at Our Lady of Mercy Medical Center and later as Chef/Purchasing Manager at Montefiore Medical Center.
With over two decades of experience in the food industry and hospitality, Chef Cris stands as a seasoned expert in his field. Alongside his role as a Corporate Food Service Director in New York, he passionately manages his family-owned Catering Business in Connecticut, a venture he holds close to his heart.
