Ridgefield Prime

Founded in 2008, Ridgefield Prime is an old fashioned gourmet butcher and seafood shop. They’re owned and operated by Ridgefield locals. They have no board of directors and they’re not listed on NASDAQ (thankfully!!). They’re a couple of guys focused on getting down to the meat and fish markets, picking the best that’s available, then selling it fresh and at a fair price. They are also serving up tasty prepared meals-to-go for busy families. Incredible catering too. In their kitchen Chef Mark creates fresh meals-to-go, delicious side dishes and catering that guests will positively remember for its deliciousness. TJ, theur manager, Chef Mark, René, their seafood manager, Alex, their head butcher, and the entire staff and owners Eddie Bistany and Bob Sperry are committed to 100% customer satisfaction and helping make your meals a success.
