Established in early 2009 at The Marketplace in Ridgefield Connecticut – a neighborhood gem, Ross Artisanal Bakery & Cafe is inspired by European traditions that honor a history of small batch baking, where each bite evokes a sense of story, place, and delight. They bake bread from scratch every morning using organic flour and ingredients from locally sourced farms. They serve Stumptown Coffee with buttery croissants and a variety of delicious breakfast items. Ross Bread combines the coziness of a neighborhood café with the casual nature of an eatery.
