Upon entering Elm, you are greeted by the warm mood lighting and aroma of food passing by. Elm provides those looking for a sense of calmness during a meal, that sensation of feeling at ease and ready to dive into a culinary adventure.
Let me stop here and say that the one thing I always try at restaurants is their tuna tartare. Elm’s tuna blew my socks off, I could eat it everyday. It’s sitting in this citrusy, sesame sauce just marinating in that and makes every bite full of flavor. Thanks to Chef Luke Venner for creating this beautiful dish!
