Shearwater freshly roasts 100% organic coffee beans at their roastery location in Trumbull, CT from a selection of single-origin blends from Central America, South America, Ethiopia, East Africa and Indonesia.
They are a USDA certified organic coffee roaster and have a strong core principle of staying sustainable and eco-friendly. The owner, Ed, drives only using his zero-emissions car locally. The coffee beans are grown without using any synthetic chemicals or fillers.
We love Shearwater coffee, it’s the cutest cafe to get some homework done or meeting up with a friend to chat!
