CLASP Homes, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing homes, support, and services to adults with autism and other developmental disabilities, is excited to announce its most important fundraiser of the year – Taste of Westport.

Taste of Westport is an annual event that brings together the finest restaurants and beverage distributors in the area. This year’s festivities will take place on Wednesday, May 10th, 2023, from 6:00 pm to 9:30pm at the Inn at Longshore, located at 260 Compo Rd S, Westport, CT 06880.

Attendees will have the opportunity to sample an array of delicious foods, wines, and spirits from more than two dozen participating vendors. Live music will be provided by the Bar Car Band, a favorite fixture on the Fairfield County music scene. The event will also feature a silent auction with items donated by local businesses at a wide range of price points that will appeal to all. Items include gift certificates to local restaurants, tickets to the Metropolitan Opera, Giants tickets, a first edition Marvel collectors watch, fine wines, and much, much more.

Taste of Westport is not only an opportunity to enjoy a night of delicious food and drinks, but it is also an important fundraiser for CLASP Homes. The organization provides homes and services to over 100 adults with developmental disabilities throughout Fairfield County. The funds raised from Taste of Westport will help CLASP Homes to continue its mission of providing loving homes and high-quality services to its residents.

“We are thrilled to host Taste of Westport for the seventeenth time,” said Tracy Flood, CLASP Homes’ President. “It’s a fun night out for our community and a great way to support the important work that CLASP Homes does.”

Tickets to Taste of Westport are $125 per person from March 10th until April 9th, then $150 until they sell out. Tickets can be purchased at www.tasteofwestport.com. Sponsorship opportunities are also available for businesses and individuals who want to support CLASP Homes and the Taste of Westport event.
