(Shelton, CT) – The 6 th Annual Connecticut Taco Festival will take place on Saturday, August
26, 2023 from 12 PM to 6 PM at the Shelton River Walk – Veterans Memorial Park in Shelton,
CT where guests can vote for Connecticut’s “Top Taco.” The festival features gourmet tacos
from food trucks and restaurants, frozen margaritas, Lucha Libre Mexican-style wrestling and a variety of entertainment throughout the day.
For the second year, a Birria Taco Throwdown will take place at the Connecticut Taco Festival.

“Top Taco” with their Birria Taco and Birria Mia were the official first winners of the new “Best
