Half Full Brewery, originally based out of Stamford, is a brewery whose main mission is to lead and inspire ideas and community through purpose driven products, places, and experiences. The owner, Conor Horrigan, has envisioned a brand that helps to build a better Stamford. At their core, is the Half Full “Fabric” which stands for Fun loving, Audacious, Brilliant, Restless, Impactful, and Collaborative. With two separate brewery locations in Stamford, Half Full aims to bring their high quality products and experiences to the community.

The products sold by Half Full include unique ales and lagers made with special brewing techniques. Their primary product is the Bright Ale which is golden in color with a floral aroma. Along with this are a variety of other flavors, including the three we got to try! Pictured are their Bloom Session Neipa pale ale, the Campfire S’mores Stout, and their Half Full lager collab with Chris Sainato. 

Their OG Tap Room Location is constantly producing fresh and innovative beers for everyone to enjoy which is also available for pickup and delivery. Meanwhile, their Third Place location functions not only as a brewery, but also as a coworking space and coffee shop.
