Today we got to enjoy our dinner at Riko’s Pizza. If you are looking for mouth watering pizza Riko’s Pizza is the place for you! We got to enjoy 6 piece wings with Riko’s Sauce, garden salad, stinger pizza and the margherita pizza. We’ve got to tell you that the Riko’s Sauce on those wings was absolutely delicious. We could not get enough of those wings and sauce! 

Here is our Q & A with co-owner Luigi Cardillo!

What led to the naming of Riko’s Pizza?

“Riko’s is named after the majority owner, but he spells his name Rico. The reason why it is spelled with a “k” is because we found out Rico’s was already trademarked! So we went with Riko’s Pizza.”

Any new upcoming menu items?

“There will be a new limited time offer pizza coming in January. It is called the balsamic chicken drizzle. It is a pizza with spinach, cheese,tomato, chicken, basil, and it wouldn’t have any sauce. There would be a balsamic glaze drizzled over the pizza!”

Will Riko’s be expanded any further than the current locations?

“There’s one in Pompano Beach, Florida opening soon and in January or February 2024 one will open in Dartmouth, Massachusetts. Sometime next year we also will be opening one in state college, Pennsylvania.” 

What is your favorite type of pizza from the Riko’s Pizza menu?

“All of them”

“We really love our customers and we love making people happy by serving Riko’s Pizza.”
