Salon Dada, a hair salon that opened in May 2021, is bringing an artistic flare to Westport, CT. The salon’s main mission is to style men and women so that they look and feel their best.  The “Dada” name originates from the Dadaism movement which has zero tolerance for gossip and derision. Salon Dada reflects this movement along with an accepting and open environment. 

Upon arrival, I was greeted by the friendly salon coordinators along with Kendall, one of the stylists. She was so welcoming and made sure that I walked out with the exact hair style I was looking for. Not only did I receive a wash and blow dry, but Kendall also took the time to style my hair with one of their hot tools. 

Although the salon offers a wide range of hair and beauty services, they just recently added extensions to their list!

At Salon Dada, each stylist has their own creative techniques that is reflected in every haircut and makeover. 

Their mantra is that “it’s not just a salon, it’s a movement” and this is truly represented in the environment as well as the stylists’ passion for hair and beauty.
