CT Art Trail:
Delamar Hotels is proud to be a partner of the Connecticut Art Trail, a partnership of 22 museums and historic sites that promote the state’s rich cultural heritage as part of a unique travel experience. Guests staying at Delamar Greenwich Harbor, Delamar Southport, and Delamar West Hartford can enjoy a complimentary Art Trail Passport to discover the best of Connecticut’s art and history.
If you love American Impressionism, Connecticut is a great place to visit the works of some of the most notable American Impressionists. Visit Greenwich Historical Society and tour the Bush-Holley House Museum, which presents visitors with two distinct periods: the New Nation (1790–1825) and the Cos Cob Art Colony (1890–1920). Eight evocative, well-documented rooms tell a story of change over time, while the historic buildings, landscape and gardens evoke the turn of the twentieth century when Cos Cob became the first art colony in Connecticut, a cradle of American Impressionism. Further upstate in Fairfield County, enjoy a tour of Weir Farm, the only National Park dedicated to American Impressionism and home to Julian Alden Weir, America’s most beloved Impressionist.
For the Greenwich Harbor location:
Grand Opening of Salon BE Chocolat:
Indulge in the sweetness of life and visit our master chocolatier in residence, the distinguished Benoit Racquet – the only Belgian master chocolatier on the East Coast. Savor exquisite creations at Salon BE Chocolat, located in the lobby of Delamar Greenwich Harbor. Choose an immersive experience such as the champagne pairing menu with one of the chocolatiers who will share insights into the latest chocolate trends.
*Open to the local community and guests starting October 6th*
For the Southport location:
Wine and Cheese tasting:
Enjoy a private Wine & Cheese tasting with our sommelier in the Artisan Tavern while enjoying hand-selected cheeses by our Chef from our local cheesemonger.
