Filling in the Blanks and Pitney Bowes are partnering together to pack weekend meal bags for children struggling with food insecurity at the Pitney Bowes office in Shelton CT on Tuesday September 19th from 10am-12pm.
The bags packed will be distributed to children in the Bridgeport school district.
– Filling in the Blanks, a Norwalk-based non-profit that
provides food for students struggling with food insecurity is thrilled to announce our partnership with Pitney Bowes, a global shipping and mailing company that provides technology, logistics, and financial services.
In an effort to further our mission and expand our outreach, Filling in the Blanks is hosting an offsite event in collaboration with Pitney Bowes and their volunteers. The event is scheduled for September 19th at the Pitney Bowes Shelton, CT, office. We are also pleased to share that the Pitney Bowes Foundation has provided a team volunteer project grant to cover the cost of materials and supplies, which will significantly contribute to our ongoing efforts.
