Rosina’s was created by two co-workers who met while working at another restaurant and instantly clicked. Jared Falco and Coby Blount, had a dream to work along side one another, they just needed it to come together. Separately, they kept honing their crafts in the restaurant industry. Their friendship kept them in touch, and they’d occasionally entertain meetings with possible investors. It took them awhile to come up with a concept but they finally decided they wanted to do classic but refined Italian food.
Finally in the Summer of 2021 the pair opened up Rosina’s. Originally, Falco wanted a small, 60-seat, higher end restaurant. Rosina’s is bigger with a lot of affordable choices. Their menu features New York style pizzas, fresh pastas, and Italian appetizers. Rosina’s Rigatoni has been crowned one of their signature dishes by many of their customers that have tried it.
