Know Before You Go

Your safety, and the safety of our team members, is always their top priority. To ensure a seamless entry into the park and for the most enjoyable visit possible, they’ve enhanced their security procedures for the 2023 season. They are fully confident in their plan, and want to help you be prepared before you visit the park.

Chaperone Policy

Guests age 17 and under must be accompanied by an adult at least 21 years of age (with valid ID) to enter the park at all times during Phantom Fall Fest. Chaperones may not escort more than 4 guests into the park.

Entrance Policy
All guests pass through our weapons detection system, which uses advanced digital sensors, at the front gate. Signage is in place to inform guests they are entering a security screening area.

Bag Policy
Bags that are larger than 8” X 5” X 2” will not be permitted into the park with the exception of bags needed for childcare supplies and medical bags.
