The Cottage is an upscale restaurant with two locations in Westport + Greenwich, CT. Chef Brian Lewis is the mastermind behind The Cottage showcasing American cuisine with CT’s coastal charm and casual simplicity in a cozy, intimate environment. 

Thanks to Chef Lewis and his team, The Cottage has blown us all away from the decor to the seasonal menu changes. I was honored to be welcomed into The Cottage with open arms to experience their ambience and unique flavors. 

They are now open in Greenwich for lunch from Tuesday to Friday from 11:30AM-2:30PM, also offering to-go. This is perfect for office lunches and quick bites! 

Here’s what we had during our visit:

Cool Cucumber: cucumber juice – ginger juice – lemon

All Bark No Bite: pineapple bark – turmeric – maple

Kabocha Squash Tempura: sesame salt – white miso aioli

Wagyu Brisket Bao Buns: napa kimchi – duck fat potato tempura

Spicy Scallop Tartare: crispy sushi rice – nori furikake

Whipped Carrot Hummus: harissa – sunflower sesame crunch

Autumn Lunch: mushroom cappuccino, shaved apple & fennel salad, butternut squash toast w/five seeds

B.L.T.: lovage aioli – local tomatoes – guanciale – little gems

Teriyaki Salmon Power Bowl: brown rice – red quinoa – warm spinach salad

Cottage Burger: comte cheese – sriracha aioli – bacon jam

They currently only accept reservations over the phone at 203.557.3701 or through Opentable (for parties of five or less only). Please note that verbal confirmation is required; no requests will be accepted over voicemail or social media messaging. As always, walk-ins are welcomed on a first-serve basis.
