This week we had the pleasure of enjoying a tasting at one of Connecticuts’ finest chocolatiers! BE Chocolat, named after Master Chocolatier Benoit of Ceria Culinary Institute, creates small batched, hand-crafted chocolates, traditional of Belgiums’ finest artisans.
Sylvie, the owner of this charming location, and Benoit, alongside their team of incredible talent, offer our community a variety of classic chocolates in addition to new, unique and ever evolving playful flavors. Each chocolate is a work of art, a visual masterpiece to say the least!
